Assessment results are provided for your personal or professional development and may not be redistributed or resold.

  • Payment is required prior to receiving access to any digital assessment product. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. XceleRATE Analytics reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

  • Due to the digital nature of our product — including immediate delivery of proprietary insights and intellectual property — all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed purchases. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your assessment, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, XceleRATE Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services. We make no guarantees regarding athletic or academic outcomes based on assessment use.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
